Our house has a heart

We placed the heart in our house this morning.

The extended family was there to give it a kiss for good luck.
Even Ben!

Eliza then placed the heart in the column in the kitchen

And Ben sealed it up.

Home is where ...

Home is where the heart is.
So I made this heart from scraps I had in my stash.
It's a sweet little thing, made with love.
The plan is to hang it inside a column in the kitchen. It will have timber cladding over the top so it won't be visible.

But we'll know it's there

At the heart of our home.
